Practice Lead Business Interruption, Paris
Brookstone Search are working with a Global Insurance & Business Interruption Specialist to identify a Practice Lead for the French business. This is a Senior Leadership role based in Paris, focused on mentoring and growing a team specialising in high-value business interruption insurance claims and valuations. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale your own practice in the French and wider European market.
This role offers a genuine platform to lead and grow—not just the Paris Office, but as a key driver of the European expansion strategy.
What we’re looking for
- 15+ years of experience in dealing with high-value property business interruption insurance claims
- Specialist experience in niche areas such as Energy or Cyber would be highly desirable
- Recognised accounting qualification such as CA, CFA, CPA or CFE or similar preferred
- Proven ability to generate a book of business of €500k year on year as a minimum
- Native or fluent French speakers only
You’ll be responsible for
- Leading and expanding the Forensic Accounting function across France from the Paris office
- Growing client relationships and originating new business – domestic and cross-border
- Growing, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- Collaborating across the global practice to support cross-border mandates
