Managing Director Litigation & Disputes, London
Brookstone Search are working with a global forensic accounting and advisory firm to identify a Practice Lead for their UK-based Litigation & Disputes Practice, headquartered in London. This is a rare opportunity for experienced Senior Directors, Managing Directors, Senior MD’s, Partners and Senior Partners to step into a senior leadership role with full support to build and scale your own practice—within a globally recognised brand and a highly collaborative culture.
This role offers a genuine platform to lead and grow—not just in the UK, but as a key driver of the global expansion strategy within the Litigation & Disputes domain.
What we’re looking for
- 20–25+ years of experience in litigation and dispute advisory
- A strong background with a specialist forensic advisory firm or Big4 consultancy
- Significant experience in acting as expert witness in large arbitrations and court proceedings
- Recognised accounting qualification such as CA, CFA, CPA or CFE or similar
- Proven ability to generate a book of business of GBP£2m year on year as a minimum
- Exposure to European cross-border disputes is desirable but not essential
What you will be responsible for
- Leading and expanding the UK Litigation & Disputes team
- Acting as Expert Witness on high-profile, high-stakes engagements
- Growing client relationships and originating new business
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- Collaborating across the global practice to support cross-border mandates
